Yamato takes the ancient Japanese art of taiko drumming and creates a heart-pounding spectacle of athleticism, precision and exhilarating musical expertise. The sheer physical strength and movement of the drummers is as impressive as the music. Yamato’s performers display their breathtaking performance on over 20 drums as well as with bronze cymbals, vocals and bamboo flutes to produce a kaleidoscope of sound.
