Japan Society of Boston members are invited to an exclusive peek into a private rehearsal of Boston Lyric Opera's Madama Butterfly production. Less than a week before the show debuts, you will be able to observe cast and orchestra run through a rough practice of the opera, and get a glimpse into their artistic process.

This is a special opportunity not offered to the general public, and as it is an extremely integral rehearsal session, we have been asked to be as unobtrusive to the artists as possible, so this will be a purely observational event. 

Registration is required to attend the private rehearsal. This event is open to JSB members and one guest, but your plus one must be included in the registration. Space is limited for this special event. 

Please note that we often take photographs at events for our records and sometimes for use in public media such as Facebook and blog posts. Registering for an event generally signifies acknowledgment that your likeness may be used in these ways. If you are not comfortable with this, please let us know and we can accommodate you.
