Learn how to prepare a dazzling display of sushi and Asian specialties with Chef Harold. In this hands-on class with Chef Harold, you will learn an impressive array of both traditional and modern techniques, tips, tricks, and recipes to bring a spectacular sushi feast to the table. Chef Harold will demonstrate how to properly cook sushi rice and how to prepare fresh vegetables, such as how to julienne cucumbers, make decorative vegetable flowers, and thinly slice avocados.
