Japan Society of Boston Book Club

Tuesday, April 30, 2019 from 6-8 PM

50 Milk St., 18th floor Hemingway Room (off the kitchen), Boston, MA 02110

Do you love Japanese literature? The JSB Book Club will be meeting in April to discuss The Afterlife of Kenzaboro Tsuruda by Elizabeth Wilkins Lombardo.

Wilkins Lombardo was a Japan enthusiast, having lived there for many years. She spent 10 years working on this novel but passed away before it was published. Her dear friend, Brooke Williams, is quite eager to discuss Elizabeth's work with readers and we hope to have her join us for this discussion.

The purpose of the JSB Book Club is to strengthen the Boston community of Japan enthusiasts by coming together to discuss Japanese literature.

The club is limited to Japan Society of Boston Members. Interested in joining but not yet a Member of the Japan Society of Boston? Consider becoming a Member today! If you are already Member and interested in the group, please contact us to have your name added to the club mailing list
