Take a chance and discover new and interesting Manga across all sorts of topics at this local Boston area Meet-Up group. From the organizer: "This month has traditionally been my chance to expose the membership to some romantically driven story line, be it dramatic, comedic, or just plain pretty. This year, I thought I would try and suggest a story that is focused on a family adjusting to a shock, and those around them trying to help out. Not to mention a bunch of yummy food! Sweetness & Lightning volume 1 and 2 By Gido Amagakure. Having lost his wife, math teacher Kouhei Inuzuka is doing his best to raise his young daughter Tsumugi as a single father. He’s pretty bad at cooking and doesn’t have a huge appetite to begin with, but chance brings his little family and one of his students, Kotori Iida, together for homemade adventures. With those three cooks in the kitchen, it’s no wonder this dinner table drama is so delicious."
