Artisan Workshop: Book Binding

Book binding is the process of physically assembling an ordered stack of paper sheets to make a book. In this beginners class, you will be introduced to handmade bookbinding methods, specifically Japanese stab-bound technique. By the end of these two three-hour sessions, you will have your own complete, customized book! The workshop takes place over two sessions, each three hours. The first workshop sessions are Tuesday, February 19th and 26th. The second workshop sessions are Tuesday, March 19th and 26th. The instructor, Hal Gaucher is an artist working in Worcester, Massachusetts.
