The cost is around $2,700, all-inclusive. Children and seniors are encouraged to attend. Join us for the Japan trip you have been pining for, alongside your fellow JSB members.
This Open House and Information Session will introduce the Japan/America Grassroots Summit - the program with which we travel - a decades-old tour and homestay program that celebrates the legacy of friendships that uphold the peace between our nations. It gives travelers many memorable experiences organized by local volunteers in Japan. This includes the rare privilege of staying with a Japanese host family. More than 100 people from across America will participate with us in Hyogo.
We hope this information session will be a nice opportunity for us to meet you and make sure the trip is organized in an ideal way for each member. Feel free to bring food and eat while we talk.
Registration for the trip is handled by our partner organization: The Manjiro-Whitfield Commemorative Center for International Exchange. Registration is open now.
