Getting to the InterContinental - Parking

The InterContinental Hotel only offers valet parking.

Guests may either valet their car at the front doors, or will be directed to the garage where their car will be taken by a valet attendant. Should they valet in the garage, they will be directed to take the elevators up to the lobby level of the hotel. The cost for parking is $36 should guests park prior to 6:00 PM, and $20 should they park after 6:00 PM. In order to get the discounted rate, guests will need to have a parking voucher and hand this voucher in with their valet ticket when they depart. InterContinental will be providing the parking vouchers.

Access to the Ballroom at the InterContinental

The Japan Society of Boston Event will be taking place in the Rose Kennedy Ballroom and Foyer located on the Third Floor of the hotel. Guests will be directed to take the elevators to the third floor and there will be signage noting for guests to use the elevators. Guests are also welcome to use our guest room elevators, which also will take them to the third floor event space. Registration for the event will be just off of the elevators along with coat check. 

Each year, the Annual Dinner of The Japan Society of Boston celebrates the organization's role as a bridge between the people of Japan and America. The Dinner provides an opportunity to support the diverse activities of the Japan Society of Boston. The Society carefully selects individuals to honor who have made outstanding contributions to the greater good in both the US and Japan: business and cultural leaders as well as internationally celebrated artists and performers.
