We are delight ed to bring back the phenomenal Japanese pianist, Nobuyuki Tusjii, a grand prize winner at 2009 Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. Blind from birth, this remarkable musician has touched the hearts of millions of people worldwide with his prodigious talent, humanitarian spirit, and compelling life-story. The proceeds of this concert will go to Boston Higashi School and Fukushima Youth Sinfonietta.

The documentary film "TOUCHING THE SOUND - The Improbable Journey of Nobuyuki Tsujii" reveals the power of music to provide hope to people in difficult circumstances. Redemption and hope are its themes, as well as overcoming hardship through the unique power and inspiration of music. The film depicts the life journey of the pianist and his extraordinary ability to communicate and connect with audiences all over the world, transcending cultural obstacles and undeterred by the limitations of his blindness.

ドキュメンタリー『Touching the Sound〜不可能を可能にする辻井伸行の旅〜』では、困難な状況に置かれた人々へ音楽の力で希望を与える姿が紹介されています。2013年の欧米公演および東北地方での公演を中心に、国境を越えて言葉や文化の壁を超えて聴くものを虜にする、辻井伸行の創造力の核心に迫るドキュメンタリー映画です。
